Kristy’s love for Yoga began over a decade ago when she unrolled the mat at her very first class. After experiencing a debilitating back injury, Kristy sought rehabilitation through yoga, successfully avoiding surgery. This ignited her passion to assist others on their individual journey, and she completed her Hatha Yoga teaching qualification in 2014, followed by Restorative Yoga Therapy in 2016. Kristy has since been teaching several community based yoga classes a week, hosting local mini retreats and also works with various corporate and school groups, all whilst maintaining a strong daily personal practice. Kristy regularly embarks on overseas retreats and workshops. In essence she feels that each time she steps onto her mat, she is coming home to her true self.
