Yoga for Menopause Well-being YTT

Brisbane, March 29th – April 1st

Join senior yoga teacher and trainer Margot Porter, for her advanced Yoga for Menopause Wellbeing teacher training course.

Learn how to support women from peri to post-menopause in your general classes and create bespoke Yoga for Menopause Wellbeing immersions, courses, and retreats. Margot is the creator of Yoga for Menopause Wellbeing YTT the first training to educate and empower yoga teachers in Australia about the power of the menopause transformation. As a senior teacher, she has been coaching and guiding women through their Sagescence transformation for the last seven years and teaching women yoga for over 15 years.

This training is for teachers who are waking up to the power of menopause and want to nurture and empower themselves holistically with yoga and Ayurvedic practices. By looking after ourselves through this significant transformation, we can support our yoga students through the different stages of menopause.

Over the four days, we’ll explore Four Focus Areas, providing you with a clear pathway for creating meaningful menopause-informed practices. With the appropriate knowledge, techniques and skills, you’ll easily create inspired thematic workshops, courses and retreats to educate and nourish women entering their Second Spring.

You’ll leave the training feeling connected, knowledgeable, and uplifting to nurture yourself and your students through the menopause transformation using yoga, Ayurveda and modern science.
