Q: Are the principles taught in this program evidence-based?

A: While Ayurveda has a long-standing historical tradition of more than 5000-year-old texts and 40,000 years of oral tradition, it is important to note that the scientific research on Ayurveda is still evolving. We aim to provide a balanced approach by presenting both traditional wisdom and modern scientific evidence where available. We firmly believe that anything that has lasted such a long time is robust and has been giving results to people using it.
