Meditation Teacher Training

Description

In this 55 hour course you will deepen your knowledge, practice and experience personal transformation. This course can be studied on its own or as part of the 110 hour Full Meditation Accreditation. Guided by your teacher you will deep dive into both contemporary and ancient practices. You will journey through esoteric Tantric practices and become confident with the use of Mantra, Yantra and Mudra. Each week you will develop your practice of powerful of Pranayama techniques, blended with the use of positive life skills such as Neurolinguistic Programming Language, Self Compassion and Kundalini Kriya. You will be provided with resources to take-away and directly implement within your own teaching setting.

Course Structure

This course can be studied on its own or along with the 55hr Mindfulness Teacher Training.

You will be in a small group setting with your teacher and together you will experience a transformational journey.
