This retreat will be exploring Vedic Meditation as it pertains to the Vedas, as an ancient practice that we often use in yoga asana and meditation classes today. We will be looking at the Bija mantras, sound vibration and more Vedic practices to inspire your mind and body into meditative states. Most importantly, have a look at the science and how Vedic Meditation could really work for you!
