A weekend of Conscious Movement, Meditation, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra practices
This short retreat sets an intention to reset from our busy lives, returning us to equilibrium and calm. It will include beautiful practices of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra, as well as Conscious Movement. In Conscious Movement practice we employ familiar yogāsana, albeit without being rigid and strict as to form and external appearance, as well as movements from somatic styles, while also encouraging freedom to explore your own range of movement and expression.
The retreat location is in the Adelaide Hills in a facility designed for meditative contemplation. You will have your own private room, unless you choose to share one of the Queen or Twin options (limited availablity). All rooms have heating, so don’t worry about the cold. Dress appropriately and bring an umbrella in case it is raining while moving from bedrooms to the dining room or practice hall or if you want to take a stroll in the grounds despite the weather.

I am a senior teacher of meditation, iRest® yoga nidra, yoga and somatic movement practices. I study non-dual Shaiva Tantra and I’m a self-confessed yoga history and philosophy nerd.
My passion is helping people find connection to innate equanimity, ease and a wholeness of being, easeful movement in body and a capacity to welcome all that arises with joy.
