Grass Roots Yoga 200hr YTT

GRY 200hr Teacher Training is your pathway to living your authentic yogic life. It is an opportunity to immerse yourself in an ancient practice to cultivate greater awareness, peace and a strong sense of self in today’s busy modern world.

Over the course of 6 months, students will be invited on a deep inward journey to realise the uniqueness of each other and to use this as their super power on and off the mat. Teaching or simply living, true to one’s own purpose and authentic intent.

GRY 200hr Hatha Vinyasa Teacher Training is strictly for those with an established practice of 2+ years and requires 100% attendance in order to receive Accreditation.
