Working with Yin 50 hr

This course provides a deeper understanding of the importance of working with Yin and the benefits to health, body and mind that come from this practice. With a focus on the methods, theory and practice of Yin, you will learn the importance of alignment, breath and flow, including how Yin Yoga poses work on the body through the energy channels (meridians). You will discover how this practice can help to relax the mind and emotions which flows into health and wellbeing.
You will learn how to sequence the key poses of Yin Yoga and learn variations on the poses. Practical teaching opportunities will enable students to feel confident in sharing Yin Yoga with others.
