
Yeppoon Semi-Silent Yoga Meditation Retreat

5 day silent yoga meditation retreat with Kate Pell. This retreat will include 2-3 days noble silence. Daily practices will begin at 6am and finish at 6pm each day. Your days will be filled with Yoga asana, pranayama, seated meditation, chi gung, self bodywork, chanting, philosophy and time for questions regarding the practice. This will be a delightful retreat to begin or renew your yoga meditation practices. You can work at your own pace. Yoga is to calm the fluctuations of mind, so you can go at your own pace and trust the process of the nature within and all around you.
