In this stillness\, we can experience more subtle aspects of being that resides beyond the mind; a oneness and wholeness with all of life and a sense of profound peace. Mantra is a reminder to treat our words as sacred\, creative and divine.   What we think and say\, we create.  Inspired by Deepak Chopra’s ‘Seven Spiritual Laws of Success’\, these 10-15 minute seated practices offer reflection\, self enquiry\, connection and stillness through mantra repetition (japa) and meditation.  There are 7 recordings in this series which run through my ‘Radiant Wellbeing’ APP so you can practice anywhere\, anytime.

DESCRIPTION:Webinar with Dr David Frawley and Celia Roberts\, BIYOME\nCelebrating the release of Dr David Frawley’s latest book. \nSunday\, March 16 2025\, 10:00am-11.30am AEST Brisbane\, Australia \n$55 – live webinar and post-recording available for all attendees. \nAcharya Vamadeva Shastri\nDr. David Frawley founded the ‘Vedic Research Center’ in 1980 for his work on the Vedas since 1970 and his writings for Indian publications since 1977. His early work focused on the Vedas and their yogic relevance for the Sri Aurobindo Ashram\, Ramanashram and Sri Sri Anandamayi Ma. It included extensive translations from Vedic texts\, notably Rigveda. \nIn 1988\, Vamadeva expanded the center into the “American Institute of Vedic Studies” to promote Yoga\, Vedanta\, Ayurveda and Vedic Astrology as Vedic knowledge systems\, related to his research and publications. \nDr. Frawley received the Padma Bhushan Award from President of India Pranab Mukherji in 2017 at Rashtrapati Bhavan.

SUMMARY:TUNE INTO & TONE YOUR VAGUS NERVE
DESCRIPTION:Regulating our nervous system out of ‘dis-ease’ and into spaciousness and homeostasis. \nHere we explore the science of vagus nerve toning through a yogi lens. We also delve into: \nCortisol (stress hormone) reduction. Adrenal fatigue support. Levelling out anxiety. Revolutionising sleep. Taming the monkey mind. Take this  journey into innate clarity of brain\, heart\, gut (our three brains!) coherency and congruency. Accessing the best version of you. \nStress is one of the worlds number one causes of dis-ease. This is one avenue dedicated to aiding you to ‘stress less’! Here we explore taming the monkey mind\, the ‘manamaya kosha’ (layer) and lean into the yogi science of the three brains being the head\, heart and gut. \nThis workshop is geared towards cortisol (the stress hormone) reduction\, adrenal fatigue support and levelling out anxiety. We also take into account the importance a a good night sleep and dive into the science behind sleep and how we can achieve it consistently. Basically we are aiming to revolutionise our sleep as how we are today often depends on how we ended our day the night before. Lets set you up for success and get you firing all cylinders with a more peaceful and focused approach. \nYou can expect a little bit of inspiring self development and eye opening and potentially game changing light yet impactful education in this session. Ayurvedic (‘The science of life’ and the sister to yoga) philosophy comes into this workshop too. \nIncluding a gentle and purposeful themed restorative yoga asana practice\, moving meditation where movement is like medicine for the soul\, vagus nerve toning calling from the wisdom of mantra and a deep reset yoga nidra that includes a purifying chakra activation. \nWe will also have an opening and closing circle and there will be handouts/ prompted fun journaling and sankalpa (solid goal) setting and embodying.
