SUMMARY:SANSKRIT Experience the Language of Love
DESCRIPTION:Welcome to this five-week introduction to the Sanskrit alphabet.\n\nIt’s a joy to share this ancient technology with you. I hold these sacred sounds with deep respect\, and I look forward to exploring them together.\n\nIn this course\, we’ll approach Sanskrit as a living\, embodied practice. Rather than focusing only on intellectual understanding\, we’ll learn through felt sense\, sound\, breath\, and repetition. The intention is to internalise the alphabet in a way that feels grounded and alive.\n\nFive weeks is just the beginning. Mastery of pronunciation and embodiment takes time. We start where we are\, and we continue with patience and loving perseverance. It’s a blessing to do this in good company\, in satsang.

SUMMARY:SPACE TO PAUSE
DESCRIPTION:A Space to Pause is a monthly online ritual designed to help you slow down\, reflect\, and reset — so you’re not carrying the same energy\, stress\, or patterns into the month ahead.\nWhy this space exists \nMost of us move from one month to the next without ever really closing the previous one. \nWe carry the unfinished thoughts. The accumulated stress. The things we never quite processed. \nOver time\, it builds. \nA Space to Pause is a monthly online ritual designed to help you slow down\, reflect\, and reset — so you’re not carrying the same energy\, stress\, or patterns into the month ahead. A guided 90-minute space where coaching\, embodied reflection\, and somatic practice work together — allowing insight to move beyond the mind and into the body. \n\n\n\nWhat we’ll move through (90 mins) \n\n\n \nArrival & Grounding — settling into your body and the space \n\n \nEmbodied Reflection — guided journaling with the option to move the body (Discover · Release · Create) \n\n \nIntegration — Conscious Breathwork or Yoga Nidra\, alternated each session \n\n\n\n\nThis space is for you if: \n\n\n \nYou’ve been moving through life on autopilot and want to slow down \n\n \nEach month feels like it blurs into the next \n\n \nYou’re craving both reflection and direction \n\n \nYou want a consistent way to reconnect with yourself \n\n\nNo prior experience needed. Come exactly as you are. \n\n\n\nTickets — sliding scale \nThis space is designed to be accessible. Choose the tier that feels right for you: \n$10 — Supported— for those who need a little help getting here. \n$20 — Standard— the full value of the session. \n$25 — Pay it Forward— your contribution helps subsidise a spot for someone else. \n\n\n\nWhat to bring \n\n\n \nA quiet space where you can be with yourself\, uninterrupted \n\n \nSomething to write with — journal or notes \n\n \nHeadphones if you have them \n\n \nA comfortable spot to sit or lie down \n\n \nWater or a warm drink \n\n\n\n\nYour hosts: \nSandra Quelle Yoga teacher\, psychotherapist\, and embodied coach with over a decade in personal development and wellness. Sandra’s work sits at the intersection of somatic practice\, nervous system regulation\, and honest conversation about burnout and the body. She believes the answers we’re looking for are already within us — we just need space to hear them\nPremi Streram Founder of Thrively\, ICF-certified wellbeing coach\, and practicing dentist. Premi’s work supports high-functioning individuals navigating stress\, burnout\, and overwhelm — integrating mind and body to create a more sustainable\, intentional way of living. Her spaces are designed to feel safe\, human\, and reflective — where insight meets embodiment\, and change feels grounded\, not forced.
