What to do. What to choose. SUMMARY:Transform Your Inner Landscape: Strength Through Mantra with Nitya Mohan
DESCRIPTION:3 Days\, 3 Pathways: Mantra for Body\, Mantra for Breath\, Mantra for Mind\nThis July\, we’re honoured to welcome Nitya Mohan to the Northern Rivers to guide us through an immersive 3-day exploration of one of yoga’s most powerful yet often overlooked practices: the transformative use of mantras for building genuine inner strength and resilience. \nInner strength and resilience refer to our capacity to remain steady\, compassionate and courageous irrespective of our circumstances.  In today’s world\, this capacity is continually tested.   External circumstances remain beyond our control and sometimes\, it is the patterns of our own thoughts that create conflict\, resistance and weakness. \nAncient literature spanning Yoga\, Mantras and Music speak of multiple\, integrated pathways of using sound as a tool for inner strength and well being. \nYou will learn powerful and practical yogic methods – using asana\, pranayama\, mudras\, nyasas\, mantras\, music and bhavanas – to achieve inner strength\, clarity and resilience.  The program is open to practitioners of all ages and backgrounds.  No prior mantra or music experience is required. \nDay 1: Body and Mantras – Physical & Behavioural aspects of sound that anchor strength and stability in the body;\nDay 2: Breath and Mantras – Physiological and Somatic aspects of sound that rebalance inner body functions;\nDay 3: Mind and Mantras – Cognitive & Psychological aspects of mantra that regulate emotional balance.\n\nThe workshop can be attended on a daily basis.  Nitya will work from the bottom up\, to first feel stable and grounded in the body\, before addressing inner resilience and strength and ultimately\, strengthen self-determination.
