SUMMARY:Sound Immersion
DESCRIPTION:How would you like to spend a blissful 90 minutes immersed in sound? \nYour experience begins with a guided meditation to relax the body and settle the mind\, followed by the soothing sounds of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls\, gongs\, chimes and drums. As the sounds wash over you\, feel yourself being transported to a place of deep stillness and rest. \nThis meditative sound experience is a respite from the stress of day to day life\, creating space and deeply nourishing mind\, body and spirit. \nYour relaxation begins from the moment you rest comfortably supported on your mat with your choice of blankets\, bolsters and cushions. \nAs you emerge from your experience you may notice an inner sense of peace and tranquillity\, awareness of being energised yet calm and a renewed sense of your own aliveness and wellbeing. \nAnd all of this occurs in the restful yoga space that is the Santosha Studio at the RACV Torquay Resort. \nIf you’re from out of town\, why not make a day of it? You can spend time in the Resort or get out and experience all that nature has to offer in the Torquay area. \nMake the most of the last opportunity for this year and and prepare yourself before the busyness of the festive season. \nAll bookings can be made by calling One Lifestyle Reception at the RACV Torquay Resort on (03) 5261 1661.
