In this stillness\, we can experience more subtle aspects of being that resides beyond the mind; a oneness and wholeness with all of life and a sense of profound peace. Mantra is a reminder to treat our words as sacred\, creative and divine.   What we think and say\, we create.  Inspired by Deepak Chopra’s ‘Seven Spiritual Laws of Success’\, these 10-15 minute seated practices offer reflection\, self enquiry\, connection and stillness through mantra repetition (japa) and meditation.  There are 7 recordings in this series which run through my ‘Radiant Wellbeing’ APP so you can practice anywhere\, anytime.

DESCRIPTION:Practicing Chair yoga is a great gift for a number of reasons.\n\nIt might be that you need support for the poses; you might have a knee or hip that’s not coping well with weight bearing; or you might not have the time or space to roll out your mat.\n\nUsing a chair\, poses can be gentle or strong\, and I’ll teach both.\n\nI will be giving detailed alignment instructions for the actions\, and introducing new actions each week.\n\n\n\nThere will be video recordings of the live sessions so if you can’t make a live session all is not lost.\n\n\n\nMy intention\, my hope is that over the ten sessions you will learn enough to be able to create your own practice.\n\n\n\nThere’s such ease in pulling out a chair and doing some stretches. Such support for building strength. Such a great opportunity to be drawn in to the quiet inside\, as the outer body moves.

DESCRIPTION:Awakening Body\nA two and a half hour embodiment experience with Tina Shettigara\nFully inhabiting the state of embodiment is to bring somatic awareness to every moment. Conscious Movement\, Embodiment Practice\, Embodied Movement are expressions people are using to describe a way of cultivating such awareness. \nIn this workshop we embrace Conscious Movement practice to explore the idea of being “organic\,” relating to or derived from living matter\, and/or organic\, as in our relationship to our organs\, and being anchored in our organs! \nWe also play with the word flow\, which in the yoga world has come to be synonymous with vinyasa\, linked and connected practice of āsana\, yoga postures. DESCRIPTION:Embodied Ritual ~ Astrology ~ Intention ~ Self enquiry ~ Celebration \nYou’re invited to join Delamay online in celebration of the Solstice\, a sacred juncture marking the longest and shortest day of the year! \nThe Solstice is a time of celebration\, renewal and new beginnings! \nDuring this sacred juncture\, the northern hemisphere is experiencing long bright warm days while being bathed in the illuminating light of the Sun (Summer Solstice). Simultaneously\, the southern hemisphere is experiencing shorter cooler days while being bathed in the fertile darkness of night time (Winter Solstice). \nThe word Solstice is derived from the Latin word sol (sun) and sistere (to stand still)\, during the solstice the Sun appears to stand still or pause at this peak before reversing direction\, taking us towards the time of equal day and night or the Equinox. \nAll around the world the Solstice is celebrated in different ways to symbolise new beginnings\, a celebration of harvest\, a time of letting go of the old to make space for the new\, it’s a powerful time to shed and say good bye to what is no longer serving or sustaining your life. This very obvious experience of the natural world in this peaking state of illuminating light and fertile darkness is a powerful time to plant seed intentions for the coming cycle\, to manifest your dreams and desires and to be open to transformations while trusting the unknown! \nAstroogically during this Solstice time the Sun moves into Cancer. The archetype of Cancer encourages self care and self love while taking care of your Heart fire. It’s a wonderful time to connect with the element of Water while cultivating strength and courage to put yourself first. \nRegardless of which hemisphere you’re in\, this gathering will honour both the peaking light and fertile darkness with astrology insights\, self enquiry and journalling plus a card reading before moving into our movement meditation and yoga practice. We’ll complete with a guided relaxation for connection and somatic integration. \nThis 90 minute gathering will leave you feeling inspired and clear for the coming cycle!\nAll welcome\, no exprience necessary. \nThe Zoom link will be sent the day before we gather and the recording will follow 24 hours after the gathering with forever access!
