Designed to support people living with PTSD\, anxiety\, chronic stress\, or hormonal changes or anyone looking for a regular relaxation practice.\n\nEach 60‑minute class prioritises predictable sequencing (movement anchors → graded activation → breath integration) and finishes with a 10-minute yoga nidra meditation integration.\n\nTime: 10.45am – 11.45am\nDay: Fridays\nLocation: Empowered Centre\, 245 Great Eastern Hwy\, Midland WA 6056\nDates of 5-Week Series:\n30 January – 27 February 2026\n\nWhat to expect\n\n 	Trauma‑sensitive structure\n 	Movement first: warm‑up\, graded strength work (core\, posterior chain\, hips)\, functional transfer practice and breath‑with‑movement\n 	Breath exercises to add to your tool kit to use for down regulation in times of stress.\n 	Finish with 10–minutes of yoga nidra meditation to support down‑regulation.\n 	Measurable functional gains\n 	Somatic awareness\n 	Home practice to support your weekly class\n 	A toolkit you can use anytime with the skills you learn.\n\n$140 for the whole 5 week yoga program block you select\, registration required per series\, limited spaces.
