Let me guide you in a peaceful and relaxing 90 minutes on Saturday 28th March 2026.\n\n\nWe begin with a guided meditation to relax the body and settle the mind\, followed by the soothing sounds of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls\, gongs\, chimes and drums. As the sounds wash over you\, feel yourself being transported to a place of deep stillness and rest.
