The intention is to internalise the alphabet in a way that feels grounded and alive.\n\nFive weeks is just the beginning. Mastery of pronunciation and embodiment takes time. We start where we are\, and we continue with patience and loving perseverance. It’s a blessing to do this in good company\, in satsang.

DESCRIPTION:When: Saturday 18th April 2026\, 2pm-4:30pm\nInvestment: $45\n\nJoin David to release\, relax and unwind in a luxurious Yin practice\, complemented by self-massage (MFR) techniques and a practice of Yoga Nidra.\n\nWhat to expect during the session:\n● Learn different techniques for releasing muscular tension\n● Connect with your body in new ways\n● A practice of Yoga Nidra\n● Leave feeling rested\, rejuvenated\, and empowered to continue at home\n\nBook in for a 2.5 hour journey through the body\, working with self-massage tools (blocks\, balls\, your own hands!) to release tension in areas you didn’t even know you were carrying it. Myofascial Release (MFR) is a wonderful way to work with your tissues\, and the techniques you’ll learn will be complemented by time spent luxuriating in Yin shapes\, and basking in a nourishing practice of Yoga Nidra.
