DESCRIPTION:This class is where we unpack the teachings of non-dual Shaiva Tantra which is often known as Kashmir Shaivism. We often study a text from the tradition and we delight in practice of meditation and yoga nidra together. Friendship and connection are key components of this class.\n\nClass occurs on most Saturday mornings at 9am Adelaide time.
