DESCRIPTION:Metal ~ Autumn \nLed by yoga teacher Amanda to ground into the physical body as well as awaken the energetic channels with poses and essential oils. The yoga practice will be supported with gentle touch through reiki and soft massage\, guiding you into a deeper relaxation. Once we melt into our shapes and find a deep rest\, Eva will bring in her magnificent musical instruments for an out of this world experience through sound. As she promotes an induced meditative state\, enchantment\, exhilaration and wonder at being encased in a sonic wave of otherworldly tones and overtones as you rest. \nThis combination of wellness practices brings about profound peace\, space\, healing and spiritual awakening. This event combines three holistic modalities of Yin Yoga\, Reiki and Sound Healing over 90mins. All three modalities assist you in enhancing your body’s own ability to heal. Arrival from 1.15pm for a prompt 1:30pm start.
