A choice to nourish what is inside that is so rarely acknowledged.\n\n\nJoin Jill Harris and Dani Pritchard on this special retreat to Bali. Both yoga teachers and yoga therapists in the Krishnamacharya lineage\, we don’t just ‘teach yoga’ on our retreats – we offer a full experience of the ‘philosophy of the mind’ that is Yoga.\n\n\nOur retreats are layered. You will find movement (asana)\, breath practices (pranayama)\, space for reflection (meditation).\nYou will also meet the the traditional roots that underpin yoga – its philosophy – via the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.\n\n\nThis is where the deeper teachings live and their full integration is felt.  Understanding how the practice affects the deeper layers is the process of personal development that creates lasting change.\n\n\n\nJoin us on this experience of ‘deep dive and reset’ in Bali early September.
