SUMMARY:Restorative Dreamwork Yoga Workshop
DESCRIPTION:An opportunity to explore the healing power of dreams\, movement and sound in a warm\, supportive and confidential environment.  We will explore how deep rest supports dream recall and understanding\, the importance of dream symbols and why they matter\, how to set up a dream journal practice and experience working with dreams in the session.  Restorative\, yin\, yoga nidra and sound practices will be offered to support your magical dream exploration experience.  Lunch and materials will be provided.
