This 6-week course will help you experience the transformative effects of the yoga of sound\, led by Swami Madhuram Puri. \nThe course includes:\n• using ancient Vedic mantras for your wellbeing;\n• kirtan and bhajan chanting with translations and explanations provided;\n• meditation using selected Nada Yoga techniques;\n• a ‘sound bath’: deep relaxation with live bamboo flute music. \n  \nLive online classes for six Tuesday evenings in the comfort of your own home\, via ZOOM. \n6 – 7pm Melbourne time \n  \nBOOK HERE\nThis course has come because of requests from people like you who have experienced Swami Madhuram’s music\, chanting and singing of these yogic mantras and songs. DESCRIPTION:Bali Yoga Retreat: Heart Centered Living5 – 11 August 2023 Saturday afternoon to Friday morning. Our intention is to offer an immersion into asana\, pranayama\, relaxation\, meditation and satsang without the distractions of our regular life\, the opportunity to explore your own practice more deeply\, touching the wisdom of your heart. Practices are supported with guidance in the sessions plus opportunities to talk with the teachers and time to integrate your own experiences. All this balanced with ample free time to relax and do nothing or to explore the stunning tropical natural surrounds and vibrant culture of Ubud. Everyone is welcome to join online via zoom\, listen to the discussion\, and put your  questions or comments in the chat so that the moderator can include them in the discussion. In the last 10-15 minutes the public can address the panellists\, share their thoughts\, insights or ask questions.  REGISTER IN ADVANCE HERE Zoom will first ask you to register with your name\, surname\, and email.
