A guided 90-minute space where coaching\, embodied reflection\, and somatic practice work together — allowing insight to move beyond the mind and into the body. \n\n\n\n​What we’ll move through (90 mins) \n\n\n 	\n​Arrival & Grounding — settling into your body and the space \n\n 	\n​Embodied Reflection — guided journaling with the option to move the body (Discover · Release · Create) \n\n 	\n​Integration — Conscious Breathwork or Yoga Nidra\, alternated each session \n\n\n\n\n​This space is for you if: \n\n\n 	\n​You’ve been moving through life on autopilot and want to slow down \n\n 	\n​Each month feels like it blurs into the next \n\n 	\n​You’re craving both reflection and direction \n\n 	\n​You want a consistent way to reconnect with yourself \n\n\n​No prior experience needed. Come exactly as you are. \n\n\n\n​Tickets — sliding scale \n​This space is designed to be accessible.
