She completed her singing bowl training in 2024 which rekindled her love of playing music. As a teen she played an instrument for five years and now the foundations of music are supporting her latest evolution of sound.During her sound baths\, she plays instruments from around the globe creating frequencies to cultivate profound inner peace. Tara has integrated the transformative power of sound into her meditations for public and corporate events.
