Pre Natal Yoga in the Post Pandemic Era
In this thought provoking presentation Prenatal Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist and Clinical Counsellor Fiona Donohoe-Bales will examine the effects of the Coronavirus pandemic on new mothers and explore how prenatal yoga teachers can play a key role in helping identify, prevent and manage mental health challenges in this vulnerable and often high-risk population.
Fiona will also discuss what is within the yoga teacher’s Scope of Practice and when, where and how to refer on to other health professionals.”

Rather than joyful anticipation, expectant mothers are arriving at the doors of motherhood feeling increasingly overwhelmed and under-resourced for the challenges and demands that lie before them.
