SUMMARY:Sound Bath Immersion
DESCRIPTION:Join me for a blissful 90 minute Soundbath Immersion at the RACV One Lifestyle – Fitness Centre Torquay from 2:30-4pm on Saturday 27th May 2023. Your immersion begins with a guided meditation to relax the body and settle the mind\, followed by the soothing sounds of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls\, gongs\, chimes and drums. As the sounds wash over you\, feel yourself being transported to a place of deep stillness and rest. This meditative sound experience is a respite from the stress of day to day life\, creating space and deeply nourishing mind\, body and spirit. Your relaxation begins from the moment you rest comfortably supported on your mat with your choice of blankets\, bolsters and cushions. As you emerge from your experience you may notice an inner sense of peace and tranquillity\, awareness of being energised yet calm and a renewed sense of your own aliveness and wellbeing. I look forward to guiding you in this session.
