This retreat is for those who feel called to deepen their understanding of the Goddess\, exploring her mythology\, stories and timeless wisdom to see how her presence shapes and guides our lives. She is the paradox of life itself…gentle\, fierce\, nurturing and destructive. To live harmoniously\, we must honour every facet of her being\, for in doing so\, we honour all parts of ourselves. When we invoke the Goddess within\, her qualities awaken in us. She guides us to cross thresholds with grace\, reclaim the sacred in the mundane\, let go of the well-worn story of not enoughness\, and embrace and take action on our desires and longings that we often put to the side. As we practice and connect with her energy\, we expand our capacity to hold more of what life puts on our plates. A dream Retreat/Immersion for yoga teachers and long term practitioners. Something to feed the mind\, body and soul\, creating rest and nurture\, but also deepening skills in practice and in teaching. The intention is to juice you up on every level!\nThe idea will be to rest\, replenish ojas\, re-inspire practice and gain deeper and broader teaching skills. But also to envision and plan how to move forward with ease and excitement in life and teaching!\nOn this special 10 day study retreat\, immerse yourself in practices led by yoga masters Flo Fenton and Rachel Nokes\, and indulge in multiple advanced workshops throughout each day\, learning sanskrit and chanting\, yoga therapy theory and practices\, ayurveda\, advanced teaching skills including space holding and trauma informed yoga teaching\, and learn how to teach classical yoga nidra!
