DESCRIPTION:Experience deep relaxation with Restorative yoga and soothing sounds.\n\nRest with the Harp is a unique opportunity to allow the magical tones of live harp music to help soothe and balance the nervous system and enable the body to deeply rest.\n\nWe begin with healing mantras and heart songs then enjoy an hour of longer held restorative poses with calming live harp music.\n\nMulti instrumentalist and vocalist Vasudha Harte is a harp therapist\, music therapist\, music teacher\, sound healing facilitator and yoga teacher who has explored the healing power of yoga\, music\, sound and silence for over 30 years.
