SUMMARY:FOUNDATIONS OF MEDITATION 4-WEEK VIRTUAL COURSE WITH EMMA PALMER
DESCRIPTION:“Meditation will not carry you to another world\, but it will reveal the most profound and awesome dimensions of the world in which you already live.” – Zen Master Hsing Yun\n\n\n\n\n\nWhether you’re looking for a gentle and supportive way to invite meditation into your life\, or you’re wanting to discover new layers of depth within an existing practice\, join Emma Palmer over four consecutive weeks to progressively build strong and sustainable foundations for a true meditation experience.\n\n\n\n\n\nMeditation is the gateway into a sanctuary of peace\, clarity and pure awareness that is ever accessible – gently reconnecting us with the vast open sky of presence beyond the ever-changing weather of the thoughts that can otherwise consume our experience. Establishing a consistent meditation practice supports us to navigate daily life with greater steadiness and perspective\, attuning us to an innate wisdom that reveals what is ready to be seen and what is asking to be released.\n\n\n\n\n\nIn this Foundations of Meditation 4-Week Virtual Course\, Emma draws on over 30 years of lived practice and teaching\, guiding you step-by-step through essential tools\, techniques\, and deeper understandings of meditation in its truest essence. The course is designed to empower you to either establish a consistent meditation practice or unlock greater depth and intimacy within one you already hold.\n\n\n\n\n\n“Life’s battlefield will be all peace when the sound of the mind gives way to the silence of the heart.” – Sri Chinmoy\n\nCOURSE FORMAT\n\n\n\n\n\nThis is a fully online live course\, held over four consecutive Tuesday evenings from 6.15pm – 7.30pm. Each session is recorded and available for up to seven days after the live class\, so if you miss a week\, you can easily catch up before the following session. This ensures you can stay connected with the course progression and fully integrate the teachings at your own pace.\n\n\n\n\n\nTo further support your practice while you’re undertaking the course\, your enrolment includes one month of live online Moksha Meditation Classes for the duration of your course\, providing a dedicated space each week to integrate the teachings and maintain continuity in your meditation practice. These classes provide an ongoing space to practise\, deepen\, and embody the teachings alongside a supportive community. You’ll also receive a comprehensive course manual\, along with access to a growing library of over 80 online meditations to support your practice.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n“Real meditation is not about mastering a technique; it’s about letting go of control. This is meditation. Anything else is actually a form of concentration. Meditation and concentration are two different things. Concentration is a discipline; concentration is a way in which we are actually directing or guiding or controlling our experience. Meditation is letting go of control\, letting go of guiding our experience in any way whatsoever. The foundation of True Meditation is that we are letting go of control.” – Adyashanti

SUMMARY:Solstice Sadhana ~ Yoga\, Movement & Meditation with Delamay Devi
DESCRIPTION:Embodied Ritual ~ Astrology ~ Intention ~ Self enquiry ~ Celebration \nYou’re invited to join Delamay online in celebration of the Solstice\, a sacred juncture marking the longest and shortest day of the year! \nThe Solstice is a time of celebration\, renewal and new beginnings! \nDuring this sacred juncture\, the northern hemisphere is experiencing long bright warm days while being bathed in the illuminating light of the Sun (Summer Solstice). Simultaneously\, the southern hemisphere is experiencing shorter cooler days while being bathed in the fertile darkness of night time (Winter Solstice). \nThe word Solstice is derived from the Latin word sol (sun) and sistere (to stand still)\, during the solstice the Sun appears to stand still or pause at this peak before reversing direction\, taking us towards the time of equal day and night or the Equinox. \nAll around the world the Solstice is celebrated in different ways to symbolise new beginnings\, a celebration of harvest\, a time of letting go of the old to make space for the new\, it’s a powerful time to shed and say good bye to what is no longer serving or sustaining your life. This very obvious experience of the natural world in this peaking state of illuminating light and fertile darkness is a powerful time to plant seed intentions for the coming cycle\, to manifest your dreams and desires and to be open to transformations while trusting the unknown! \nAstroogically during this Solstice time the Sun moves into Cancer. The archetype of Cancer encourages self care and self love while taking care of your Heart fire. It’s a wonderful time to connect with the element of Water while cultivating strength and courage to put yourself first. \nRegardless of which hemisphere you’re in\, this gathering will honour both the peaking light and fertile darkness with astrology insights\, self enquiry and journalling plus a card reading before moving into our movement meditation and yoga practice. We’ll complete with a guided relaxation for connection and somatic integration. \nThis 90 minute gathering will leave you feeling inspired and clear for the coming cycle!\nAll welcome\, no exprience necessary. \nThe Zoom link will be sent the day before we gather and the recording will follow 24 hours after the gathering with forever access!

SUMMARY:Sankalpa Circle: Transitioning to a new year
DESCRIPTION:Nikki and Chris invite you to participate in our Sankalpa Circle to take time out to reflect on 2023 and create intentions for 2024. The program was developed to share tools and experiences to enrich and navigate transitioning into a new year.  We both enjoy being part of a collaborative supportive community and we’d love you to join us! \nOur intention for the ‘Sankalpa Circle: Transitioning to the New Year’\, is to come together for heartfelt reflection to find a ‘word’ that encapsulates and provides guidance for the year ahead. Our program draws from a range of inspirations that have supported our transitions into a new year\, in particular the works of Susannah Conway (Unravel Your Year\, Find Your Word) and Gina Macauley (YogaHaraSankalpa workshops and retreats). \nChris’ word for 2023 is expand and Nikki’s word is luminous. We’re excited to discover our words for 2024! \nYou’re welcome to join for all or part of the program\, our aim is to keep it open and flexible. Participants will receive a document that outlines a suggested process; however\, everything is an invitation\, and you’re welcome to incorporate processes and tools you find useful and skip the rest. You know best which parts of the program support you. Eg\, you might join for journaling\, be at rest during the mindful movement and skip discussions\, or participate in the entirety of the program. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you choose in the discussions. \nClick here to Register via Humantix \nOnline via Zoom – a meeting link and Resources documents will be shared by email and on the Humantix Virtual Hub after registration. \nWe  limit registrations to a maximum of 14 participants to ensure support and space for the group and each individual. \nConsiderations for your participation: \n\nA quiet\, private space where you won’t be disturbed\, with room for you to move freely.\nA journal and pen\, options for other mediums (collage\, paints/pencils/etc) to support external expression of your experiences.\nAccess to the internet via a device that you are able to use in your space\n\nThe registration process has an option to let us know if you are unfamiliar with Zoom and would like a 10 minute technical check in prior to the start of the program. \nYou will also be given the opportunity to book a call with Chris or Nikki prior to the group starting to discuss any concerns or considerations to support your participation in the group. \nDisclaimer: Registration is confirmation of your capacity and acceptance of responsibility for making wise and kind choices\, practicing ahimsa (self-kindness/non-harm) and seeking additional support if required. \nProgram Outline:  December 2023 \nThemes \nWednesday 27 –  Reflection on 2023 – closing\, letting go\, releasing \nThursday 28 –  Opening up to possibilities\, welcoming everything as it is \nFriday 29 –   Taking aim\, narrowing focus\, distilling the options \nSaturday 30 –  Moving into / welcoming 2024\, taking action \n  \nDaily \n8:00 – 8:10: Guided meditation \n8.10 – 8:40: “Sit and do” journaling (everyone on mute) \n8.40 – 9:00: Intro/brief check in \n9:00 – 9.10: Break \n9.10 – 9.30:  Mindful movement / gentle yoga – for support and comfort please have blankets/towel\, cushions/pillows\, bolster\, block/thick \n9.30 – 10:00:  iRest Yoga Nidra / meditation – usually lying down \n10:00 – 10.30:  Discussion / sharing – session closes \n10.30 – 11:00: Optional time for questions and further discussion \n  \nYour booking fee includes access to all live sessions\, digital copies of Reflection Guides and tips to support the process\, and links to audio recordings of the iRest Yoga Nidra practices. \nOur aim is to make the Sankalpa Circle financially accessible to people whilst at the same time considering the need to pay ourselves a wage and cover our costs\, in addition to recognising and respecting the value of our investment in learning these teachings from others. \nIf you are able to pay the full rate\, we thank you. If not\, please choose the payment option that is appropriate for you\, according to your current financial circumstances. Please feel free to contact us if your circumstance is not reflected in the price structure. \nVirabhadrasana III (Warrior 3) $160.00 \nThe world needs people like you that are confidently taking action and moving forward. Thank you for supporting small business and access to the program for someone in need. \nVirabhadrasana II (Warrior 2) $120.00 \nFrom a stable base (your household has a stable income or your business is doing O.K.) you proudly support small business and cover the wage of the teachers and teaching infrastructure. \nVirabhadrasana I (Warrior 1) $80.00 \nIf your income is subject to some changes moving forward but you are starting to break through some barriers and break free of things that are holding you back – this is a concession rate to help you\, whilst also contributing to helping our businesses to emerge. \nTadasana (Mountain) $50.00 \nYou may be impacted financially\, or your business is financially insecure at this time\, but you are still upright\, breathing\, and willing and able to commit the time and energy to the Sankalpa Circle. This price allows some contribution towards the teachers’ time. Thank you! \nClick here to Register via Humantix
