DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the Autumn Equinox\, which is March 20th\, with a special yoga class designed to harness the quality of balance. \nWhen day and night align in equal measures we experience a perfect equilibrium between our external experiences and our inner spiritual journey. The energies of the light and the dark are in harmony\, offering a unique time for reflection and introspection. This balance allows us to see ourselves more clearly\, enabling us to make the necessary adjustments for personal growth. \nThis class will guide you through a series of yoga practices to utilise this harmony of balance in body\, mind\, and spirit.  \nThe class is the regular Saturday morning class\, though for this focus class all levels of practice are welcome.  \nBook to attend ONLINE here or attend in person in RICHMOND here
