DESCRIPTION:Step into a 2-hour guided movement journey curated for embodied awareness\, nervous system regulation and deep profound rest.\n\nWe begin in the physical body with authentic movement as we awaken through a 360 Emergence journey – a guided and somatically informed embodiment experience from the finger tips to the toes\, to the hips and heart and everything in-between.\n\nThrough rhythm\, breath\, pulse and life force energy in motion\, we’ll move through tension\, stagnant energy and tightness to reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence. In doing so we support the nervous system in discharging stress\, increase circulation in the body and cultivate a sense of vitality\, wellness and overall presence.\n\nFrom form to formlessness\, we transition gradually into stillness.\n\nAs the body settles\, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice\, often described as yogic sleep. In this state\, the body rests deeply while the mind remains aware and awake\, allowing for integration\, processing and landing into the deeper layers of consciousness.\n\nYoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep is a guided\, restorative\, rotation of consciousness meditation that relaxes the entire body while the mind is awake and aware. Benefits include nervous system restoration\, improve sleep quality\, reduce anxiety and emotional reactivity while promoting a lasting sense of calm\, peace and equilibrium throughout the entire body.\n\nThe 360 Emergence is an embodiment\, free-form\, movement practice motivated by an ethic of care that bridges dance and personal growth\, rigour and freedom\, individuality and the global collective.\n\nThis entire journey includes a musical soundscape\, created to carry you from activation to ease\, from movement to stillness and from the primordial pulse to deep peace.\n\nOpen to all levels. No prior experience needed.
