This 6 - week Beginners Yoga course is designed to help people enjoy the benefits of Yoga in a safe and informative way. Students are introduced to all aspects of yoga with breath work, asana (physical practice) and philosophy. Each week students build on the previous week to create a progressive and layered approach. 

Students can choose from 9 classes a week at various times of the day and can attend as many classes each week as they would like. We have an experienced range of teachers from different linages and style to help students find the style and pace of practice that suits them best. 

Yoga is for everyone, at CYS we strive to make classes achievable for all fitness levels. These are mat based classes, a degree of up and down from the floor is required.
