  • 6 Saturdays classes 8-10am  - October 8, 15, 22, 29, November 5, 12
  • 1 Thursday Kirtan- Mantra + meditation 6-7pm  - 10 November, 2022

  • Weekly Breathing technique and physical posture guidelines to practise at home
