6 Week Beginners Yoga Course - Gentle Hatha Yoga style.

Every Thursday night at 7.00 - 8.15pm, each class is 1 hour and 15 minutes.

All equipment provided.

Full term of 6 classes - $90.

Small group classes, providing for a greater focus in a warm and friendly environment.

Designed for beginners, or those returning to yoga after a long break.

Learn the many benefits of yoga and help restore your mind, body balance.

Learn to move, relax and listen to the body through:

* Asanas (yoga poses)
* Savasana (relaxation)

This program also includes introduction to:
* Guided Meditation (Yoga Nidra)

* Pranayama (breath work)

This yoga program is designed to nurture self and body awareness and strengthen the body and mind.
