Did you know that the PRIMARY SERIES in the ASHTANGA tradition is also known as ‘YOGA CIKITSA’, (YOGA THERAPY)?

SECOND SERIES, focuses on deep back bends, hip openers and chest and shoulder opening asanas and is commonly called, NADI SODHANA, (NADI CLEANSING). Powerful. Time tested. Authentic practice. 

Additionally, they are also the origin of all modern forms of VINYASA FLOW YOGA. 

Join Dominique for this weekly dynamic exploration of where it all began.

This 90min Ashtanga Vinyasa led livestream practice encompasses the complete pantheon of Asana and Vinyasa woven together to provide a challenging, holistic experience that cultivates endurance, strength, and flexibility of both body and mind.

Including a monthly Ayurvedic focus in alignment with the season as well as restorative pranayama and Nidra practice to integrate the work and leave you feeling strong, clear, and present.

Next month's block STARTS NEXT WEEK. 

The AUGUST block will continue to build on the themes from July with continued focus on backbends, hip opening and twists. In accordance with the energy of the season, we will also be practicing longer holds and developing stamina and awareness within each asana. 

THIS MONTH as we move out of midwinter and into the bridging season between Winter and Spring, there will be important work to do. The pace and intensity of the practice will reflect the need to get our energy moving more dynamically and shedding excess KAPHA DOSHA.
