Yoga for Beginners will suit anyone who has never done yoga before and would like to learn the basics and foundations of this practice from the ground up.
It is all right to be "totally new" and not taken exercise for some time. Yoga is a great practice to help you cope with injuries, stress, lack of fitness and anxiety or excess weight.
We start gently and in a fun and friendly environment where questions and 'mistakes' are welcome!
The classes incorporate - basic yoga poses, breathing practices, meditation and relaxation. Care for your back injuries, and support for your joints is an integral part of improving strength and flexibility through the practice of yoga.
