If you’re new to arm-balancing, or want to revisit the foundations, this is the workshop for you! 

Join David for this 2-hour workshop looking at the fundamentals for arm-balancing – you’ll visit preparatory poses, including some mobility and strength work to ready the body, and then explore the balances themselves: learn the techniques, identify areas to work on, and have fun along the way!

What to expect in the workshop
A detailed look at common asana that can help to prepare the body for arm balancing.
A fun and safe environment to play with a variety of poses, some of which are commonly seen in classes, some less so! Think bakasana (crow), eka pada koundinyasana (hurdler’s pose), and bhujapidasana (shoulder-pressing pose), among others.
An opportunity to learn the fundamentals and to start to explore some progressions.
