Sometimes we get bogged down by all the little straws that threaten to break the Camels’s back

We can get caught up & distracted by all the little day to day life events and

Forget who we really are

Have you tried iRest Yoga Nidra?

iRest is an oppurtunity to touch back in to all the things that make you YOU.

It’s a great guided meditation,  usually done laying down with a blanket, but you can practice in traditional meditation posture if you like.

We start with body - sensing, which can have the effect of deeply shifting your mind into a whole slower gear

 we establish an Inner Resource- a  deep felt sense of safety and security that calms the nervous system

then we focus on finding out what our deepest heartfelt desire is and bringing that into the conscious space

Then we spend mindful time on the breath, emotions,  bathe our nervous system in some Joy, and finally wrap it all up, integrate and ease back into the land of the living -  Rebooted, Refreshed & Ready  to slip into a wonderful  weekend.
