This class, offering the mixture of Hatha & Yin Yoga, is for you if you wish to explore calling your awareness inwards through movement and in stillness. We ease ourselves into exploring interoceptive awareness, the awareness of what we feel inside. We focus on noticing sensations within our physical body and on an energetic level, as we move mindfully in the poses or when we come in to the longer held Yin Yoga poses. We are being encouraged to explore subtle levels within. Finishing with the practice of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation, leaving you recharged, nourished and calm. No previous experience necessary but a certain amount of mobility is essential.
