Sue would love to have you for Body and Mind Flow's Monthly Mindfulness Group for the month of June!

The group provides an opportunity to strengthen skills in present-moment attention and awareness in a small, informal, yet focused practice group. These sessions are open to anyone interested in developing their personal mindfulness practice.

There is research support for the benefits of mindfulness for performance, stress, and wellbeing. This group is a great way to learn about mindfulness and experience the research-backed benefits first hand; or if you already have an established practice, to take part in a regular group-led session that may help deepen your own personal practice.

The group is run at Sue's studio in Brookfield on a Thursday each month from 5:30pm. Please book using the sign-up form below to receive directions to the studio's address.

The group costs $25/per session, discounts are available when booking a multi-session pass.
