Begin the year with reflection on our inner light , our inner awareness ,our state of Yoga.
Plenty of Yoga practice sessions of asana , pranayama , meditation and mantra.
Practice sessions will be supported by discussion on our inner illumination from Patanjali Yoga sutra and Vedic Science.
The Gayatri mantra will anchor our practice from learning or listening to the mantra Saturday morning and repeating 108 times Saturday afternoon. The weekend will build to a Sunday active meditation practice using the Gayatri mantra
There will still be plenty of free time to relax in nature.
