WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EACH MODULE OF THE COURSE
RESIDENTIAL TRAINING AND PRACTICE WITH THE MENTOR
This is a fully residential course comprising of 5 silent meditation residential weekend retreats (usually @ $695 per weekend), spaced two months apart, and a longer 10-day residential retreat (usually @ $3500)
THE NIRVANA EXPERIENCE
Nirvana Wellbeing Retreat is a small, dedicated, purpose-built retreat and learning centre, on 70 acres of property, located in the Gold Coast hinterland. The retreat is not a ‘marketplace’ resort, that needs to churn ‘numbers’ in and out and we do not have a dedicated sales team, with quotas to fill, we don’t chase sales or bookings. Empowering people to take charge of their health and helping you love life to the full, a stay at Nirvana Wellbeing Retreat immerses you in an experiential curriculum of signature programs designed to bring vitality to your life from the inside out.
We are nothing more than a part of the natural world, and our connection to nature and the cosmos operates on a subatomic level. An understanding of this connection to each other and all of nature is in fact critical to our survival. When you find peace within yourself, you become the kind of person who can live at peace with others
Twin-share accommodation, with shared facilities.
Rooms are ready by 5:00 pm. on day of arrival
On the day of departure, room check-out time is 2 pm
Delicious, home-cooked, 3 Ayurvedic vegetarian meals daily
With plenty of independent coursework to engage in,
including a number of books to read and resources to engage you along the way.
