Explore the options of Mindfulness and Meditation to find your key to a calmer mind. In this two hour event, you will learn about the importance of mindfulness and meditation, be introduced to a selection of mindfulness and meditation practices, and discover which practice may personally feel the best fit for you.

This workshop is a mixture of seated learning and physical practice. A handout will be provided on the day. You may wish to bring a pen and paper to make your own notes.
