Please join us to meet other yoga teachers in our community, participate in the discussion, and earn 2 CPD points. This workshop, presented by Loraine Rushton, will centre around top tips you need to know about teaching yoga to the adolescence. This event is open to all Yoga teachers, members and non-members alike.

About the Presenter- Loraine Rushton

Loraine is a leading authority on yoga for children and teens. Over the past 20 years, she's spent over 20,000 hours teaching 1000’s of children and teens. Her mission is to impact the lives of millions of children worldwide and set the standard for children’s yoga. She currently trains yoga teachers, school teachers and others who work with children throughout the world how to teach yoga in a way that is meaningful, impactful and fun.

What's on the agenda?

In this special workshop, you will:

  • Learn the essential elements required in teaching yoga to children
  • Define the current needs of children today and how to meet them in your yoga class
  • See what a Children’s Yoga class looks like
  • Understand the skills to be a good, engaging and inspiring yoga teacher
  • Discover why and how teaching children’s classes are different than adults
  • Experience how yoga classes can be meaningful, educational, and FUN!
