The Zenergy Methodology for teaching yoga to children and teens is the longest running, most effective, highly regarded and most credible method of teaching yoga to children and teens available today. Comprehensive and complete, it was designed and developed by international children’s yoga expert, Loraine Rushton based on over 20 years of experience and over 20,000 hours of classroom time, teaching 1,000s of children of all ages.
Through a series of 15 highly interactive and engaging modules, you can systematically and at your own pace, work your way through the highly regarded Zenergy Yoga 4 Kids Teacher Training Foundation Course. You have a year to complete the course once you’ve registered, so it’s perfect for those with busy schedules or that don’t have the ability to attend one of our live trainings.
You get all the benefits of the attending the Zenergy Foundation course without leaving the comfort of your own home and we promise you that the course it so engaging you’ll feel like you’re right there in the room attending one of Zenergy’s live in person courses!
As you complete each module, there is a short review/quiz to reinforce your learning and to make sure you are getting the most out of each module and the entire course. Upon successful completion of all the modules and quizzes, you’ll be issued your personal certification of completion.
