Tuesdays 6.30 - 8pm General level 1 - 2

Not too hard and not too easy. Level 1 is a foundation level and this class uses it as a base for the level 2 classical yoga poses. Suitable for beginners and people with yoga experience.

Yoga in Daily Life is an authentic, traditional and holistic style of yoga. Classes include yoga exercises (asanas), guided breath work, relaxation and meditation following the internationally renowned system of Yoga in Daily Life ®.

The classes offer you guidance in the practice of classical asanas (physical exercises) both passive and dynamic that will build strength and increase flexibility in the body; you will be guided to practice safely and begin to experience their deeper benefits on the nervous system, internal organs and glands, and the mind such as:

  • increase strength & flexibility
  • correct body balance and posture
  • reduce stress & anxiety
  • improve concentration
  • ignite your digestion
  • boost health & vitality
  • cultivate inner clarity and peace

Classes run in term blocks (generally in line with school terms), and bookings are for the whole term. Bookings Essential.
