 A program of 4 led and guided classes, held over 4 Wednesdays, suitable if you are new to Yoga, or to Ashtanga Yoga. 

The 4 week program is designed and tailored as an introduction to teach individuals how to 'best' practice Yoga. The course introduces important foundations, specialised methods and techniques of Ashtanga Yoga. These are built on in progressive stages according to each individual.
