During your stay there will be plenty of time to unwind and relax, swim, pamper yourself with spa treatments, or create your own adventure.  While this Retreat is an exploration of your own spiritual wellness through the practice of yoga, there will be plenty of opportunities to have fun and enjoy whilst exploring the mystical culture unique to Bali and more particularly,
the spiritual heart of Yoga – Ubud.
