Feel inspired to support women by evolving your teaching practice with the skills developed through this specialised training experience, and offer empowered menopause-inclusive yoga classes to nurture your yoga community. 

In this masterclass, you will expand your understanding of the physiological, psychological and spiritual effects of menopause to discover how to craft inspiring menopause-informed classes and courses. You will be introduced to a teaching structure that groups the critical signs of menopause into four key focus areas and we'll discuss in more detail how to address signs and symptoms within the context of a yoga class. 

In addition to this framework, you will be informed on how to offer the power of a Wise Woman’s circle and learn the art of facilitating an inclusive, safe, creatively themed space for women to connect.

Upon completion of this uplifting workshop, you will have cultivated a deeper understanding of how deeply transformative menopause is at every level of a woman’s being and feel comfortable empowering and guiding women to embrace this journey.
