4 WEEK PROGRAM for STRESS AND ANXIETY coming to Lucas Community Hub in March 2023 Thursdays 9, 15, 23, 30

Yoga is great for improving sleep, concentration, and your mental health.
Bring your yoga mat or towel; bring a friend or just yourself.
$15 per class or $50 for all 4 classes (PAYID or cash).
Each class includes warm up stretches, breathwork, yoga asanas, education about the physical body, how it works, specifically how particular asanas can balance the fight/flight system. There will be some partner work, information on how self care and mind work can relieve stress and anxiety and how to use them anytime. Classes include mindfulness activities for self reflection ... and some fun and lightheartedness. My intention is to bring hope and a sense of self-love and connection for our young people.
